Huli
Brief:
Huli is an innovative mobile application designed to provide convenient access to a variety of food truck options across the beautiful Hawaiian Islands, including Maui, Oahu, Big Island, and Kauai. With Huli, users can effortlessly search for their favorite cuisines, place orders with ease, and track the status of their food truck deliveries in real-time. This user-friendly app aims to enhance the culinary experiences of residents and visitors alike by offering a seamless way to explore and indulge in the diverse food truck scene of Hawaii.
Responsibilities:
Please develop a user interface that is both clean and attractive. This interface should feature a search function to allow users to easily find items. Additionally, it should include a user history feature to track previous activities, a shopping cart to hold selected items before purchase, and order tracking to monitor the status of purchases.
GOAL OF THE SURVEY
Understanding how users search for food by analyzing search patterns and keywords helps us cater more effectively to their needs. It's also important to determine their specific food preferences and cravings to provide personalized recommendations and offerings. Identifying whether they use digital payments allows us to streamline the ordering and payment process. Additionally, enabling users to maintain a list of their favorite food items ensures a seamless and customized experience. Lastly, tracking their food choices and ordering history allows us to gain insights for better service and offerings.
RESULTS
After conducting a test group, the participants gained an understanding of the parameters and were able to provide valuable feedback on the app. I developed a prototype design that offered users the functionality to search for items, place orders, make payments, and track their orders.
